Phrasal verbs
Phrasal verbs sind idiomatische Ausdrücke, die Verben mit Präpositionen zu einer neuen, festen Kombination verbinden, deren Bedeutung oft nicht dem eigentlichen Verb entspricht.
Sie werden im Englischen sowohl im Schriftlichen als auch gesprochenen Englisch verwendet.
