READING COMPREHENSION

A. Grandpa’s idea                                                     

Find the right texts for the pictures. Put in the number in the box.

4 It was a surprise for Lenny - but he liked the milk. And his new mother liked him!

2 Grandpa put the dead lamb's skin round Lenny.

1 Bob and Jack found Lenny in the kitchen. They took him to the shed.

3 Then Mr Smith showed the sheep her new lamb. "Here you are!" he said.


B. Can you get it right?'

Match the halves and put the numbers in front of the second half.

0. There was a problem with one of the sheep, so Mrs Richards phoned the vet..

1. Mrs Richards went to the lambing-shed because Grandpa was tired.

2. Jack and Bob went with her, and they waited for the vet together.

USE OF ENGLISH - VOCABULARY
