Reported Speech/Statements

Wenn man Aussagen (engl. : statements) von der direkten Rede in die indirekte Rede setzt, wird die Aussage zum Nebensatz.

"I am sick!"

→ I told you I was sick!

"I speak English."

→ He said he spoke English.

1. Tony said "I'm hungry!"

Toni said that he was() hungry.

2. "I ate one sandwich for breakfast."

He said that he had eaten() only one sandwich for breakfast.

3. Tim said "I haven't eaten anything, too."

Tim said that he also hadn't eaten() anything.

4. "I will do everything tomorrow." He said that he would do() everything the next day.
